Proceeding contribution from Lord Stoddart of Swindon (Independent Labour) in the House of Lords on Monday, 19 June 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Health Bill.

Health Bill

My Lords, I am extremely sorry to interrupt and I am obliged to the Minister for giving way, but can he explain to me why, for example, in a company vehicle used by two people who both smoke, both should not be allowed to smoke? I do not understand the logic when both people want to smoke.
