Proceeding contribution from Lord Warner (Labour) in the House of Lords on Monday, 19 June 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Health Bill.

Health Bill

My Lords, I answered the noble Earl’s point when I said that, within the regulations, the Government intend that only vehicles or parts of vehicles that are wholly or partly covered by a roof will be required to be smoke-free. The details of that will need to be set out in the regulations.
