Proceeding contribution from Lord Kingsland (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 28 June 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Government of Wales Bill.
Government of Wales Bill
My Lords, the Minister will be extremely concerned to hear that I am satisfied with his reply. His rhetoric was dismissive, but the examples that he gave were very helpful. On that basis, and given the manner in which he has supported the provisions of this clause, I am more than happy to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendment No. 36C not moved.]
