Proceeding contribution from Lord Kingsland (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 28 June 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Government of Wales Bill.
Government of Wales Bill
My Lords, as the Minister expressed his final view on the role that words would play in Clause 93(7), I noticed the noble Lord, Lord Elystan-Morgan, nodding. I am sufficiently reassured by that signal from the Cross Benches to indicate to the Government that I shall be withdrawing this amendment and will not bring it back at Third Reading. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
