Legislative and Regulatory Reform Bill

I accept that. The Minister says that it is not about the big issues, but about removing burdens. However, this House should look at what the Bill says, not at what the Minister tells us is his interpretation of what it says. I personally do not share his rather charming faith that future generations will not try to abuse legislation that is capable of being abused. That having been said, for the time being I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendment No. 10 not moved.]
