moved Amendments Nos. 22 to 25: Page 170, line 29, leave out from ““functions”” to ““held”” in line 32 and insert ““of the Assembly constituted by the Government of Wales Act 1998, other than functions to which paragraph 24 applies, are exercisable- (a) by the person who immediately before the beginning of the initial period”” Page 172, line 15, leave out ““, subject to sub-paragraph (3), any other enactment”” and insert ““any other enactment apart from section 155(2) of that Act”” Page 178, line 33, at end insert- ““(9) This paragraph does not apply if the Welsh function was transferred as a result of the operation of paragraph 30(2)(b) (see paragraph 28 and section 59).”” Page 186, line 5, at end insert- ““(6) This paragraph does not apply if the function was transferred as a result of the operation of paragraph 30(2)(b) (see paragraph 28 and section 59).”” On Question, amendments agreed to.
