Proceeding contribution from Baroness Wilcox (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 19 July 2006. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Legislative and Regulatory Reform Bill.
Legislative and Regulatory Reform Bill
I thank my noble friend Lord Norton of Louth for tabling his amendment, which is stronger than mine. We have heard today from the Liberal Democrats that even the noble Lord, Lord Goddard, seems a little more inclined towards our amendment.
