Legislative and Regulatory Reform Bill

Who would decide which was appropriate to be included in the list and how would that decision be fairly made? The Government’s view is to concur exactly with the Constitution Committee’s view expressed at paragraph 55. It said that, "““there are a number of practical difficulties with this approach of simply listing Acts of Parliament””."
