Proceeding contribution from Lord Howard of Rising (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 19 July 2006. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Legislative and Regulatory Reform Bill.
Legislative and Regulatory Reform Bill
I thank the Minister for that answer. If the Government expect to include a full explanation, I cannot see that they can have a problem in including on the face of the Bill that it should include any burdens that may be added, which at the same time can describe the burdens that are being omitted. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
