Police and Justice Bill
had given notice of her intention to move Amendment No. 90: Page 27, line 29, leave out subsections (7) to (9). The noble Baroness said: My Lords, in the light of the outcome of the Division, I think it would be right for me to advise the House that I shall not now move the government amendments in this group: Amendments Nos. 90, 93 and 97. [Amendment No. 90 not moved.] [Amendment No. 91 had been withdrawn from the Marshalled List.]
