Companies Bill [Lords]
The point that I wanted to make was that amendment No. 402 tightens the law by adding the requirement of honesty. That is what is missing from the present draft. If the Conservatives were to press their amendment on multiple directorships, I would support it. Amendment negatived. It being Seven o’clock, Mr. Deputy Speaker put forthwith the Questions necessary for the disposal of the business to be concluded at that hour, pursuant to Order [this day].
