had given notice of his intention to move Amendment No. 92: Page 52, line 12, at end insert- ““(za) personal and social life skills,”” The noble Lord said: My Lords, I do not intend to move this amendment but perhaps I may meet the Minister to see whether it is possible to craft an amendment that would help to bring more certainty about the teaching of relationships and communication skills.
