Companies Bill [HL]
My Lords, in response to the Minister’s appeal for a mood of harmony, let me say that we appreciate these amendments. We always felt it was counter-intuitive for it to be impossible for a private company to have a company secretary and for that person to have no powers. We are very grateful for what the Government have done here. On Question, Motion agreed to.
