had given notice of his intention to move, as an amendment to Commons Amendment No. 2, Amendment No. 2A: 2A: Clause 2, line 22, leave out ““promote health by involving”” and insert ““involve”” The noble Lord said: My Lords, I am grateful to the Minister for his reply. I am glad he mentioned cricket. I have had first-hand experience of his cricketing prowess, since I met him at the check-in queue at Heathrow airport at some ungodly hour when he was flying to play cricket in Lisbon with the parliamentary cricket team. That said, I thought his response was more nudged down to third man than a flashing cover drive to the boundary. I am grateful to the noble Lords, Lord Shutt and Lord Best. I think we have extracted the juice from this orange. I do not think there was a necessity for a two-tier test, given the points the noble Lord, Lord Best, made, but the evening is moving on, and we will not advance the arguments any further now.
