Proceeding contribution from Philip Hollobone (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Monday, 27 November 2006. It occurred during Queen's speech debate on Treasury and Work and Pensions.
Treasury and Work and Pensions
I congratulate my hon. Friend on his remarks, which are, as usual, spot on. Does he agree that the situation has been made far worse in recent months with the forced amalgamation into a Northamptonshire primary care trust, so that north Northamptonshire’s NHS must pay the price for financial overspends in other parts of the county and the east midlands?
