Legal Aid
I did not say there were no concerns at all; I said there were no imminent concerns because we would be going back to look at those fees and we have done so. The hon. Gentleman should know that I am told that roughly one half of mental health cases are carried out by mental health lawyers who have volunteered on a fixed fee basis.
