On the point about judicial review in the tribunal, if the hon. Gentleman looks at clause 18(8), he will see that it says that the judge presiding must be either, under paragraph (a), a High Court judge, or, under paragraph (b), one of"““such other persons as may be agreed from time to time between the Lord Chief Justice, the Lord President, or the Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland…and the Senior President of Tribunals.””" That is the point that I was raising a concern about.
