AMENDMENT OF THE LAW

I caution my hon. Friend, who I always thought was on the left of the Labour party, that he seems to be falling into the same trap as the right hon. Member for Witney (Mr. Cameron)—albeit coming from a different direction—of advocating the use of a kind of price mechanism that is likely to lead simply to the poor being priced out of flying. I would not have thought that my hon. Friend approved of that.
