AMENDMENT OF THE LAW
I am pleased that the hon. Gentleman reads the Red Book. Reflecting on the earlier debate, it seemed to me that as the rate of income tax went down, that was in direct proportion to the colour draining out of the cheeks of the shadow Chancellor.
