Budget Resolutions and Economic Situation

I am sure the hon. Gentleman agrees that there are many similarities between his constituency and mine. Today the Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, which covers Oldham, Rochdale, Bury and North Manchester, announced the closure of 220 beds. That is a great investment by this Government!
