Vehicle Registration Marks Bill

I can confirm that I have received no communication from the Liberal Front Benchers and I leave it to my hon. Friend to decide which of his three choices to put that down to. In all fairness, the Bill is supported by the hon. Member for Harrogate and Knaresborough (Mr. Willis), who has taken a keen interest in it, but the Liberal Front Benchers have shown no interest whatever. Perhaps the Liberal party is suffering its private grief—in private!
