moved Amendments Nos. 622 and 623: 622: Clause 189, page 102, line 26, at end insert— ““(1A) A local weights and measures authority may institute proceedings for an offence under section (Offence to carry on reserved legal activity through person not entitled) if the activity which it is alleged that E was not entitled to carry on constitutes reserved instrument activities; and ““E”” has the same meaning as in that section.”” 623: Clause 189, page 102, line 29, after ““(1)”” insert ““or (1A)”” On Question, amendments agreed to.
