Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Bill
When the statutory instrument is brought forward under a Conservative Government, will the definition of custody be similar to that proposed for clause 2? That is to say, will it include, as well as prisons,"““secure mental health facilities, secure children’s homes, secure training centres, immigration removal centres””" and so forth?
