Offender Management Bill
moved Amendment No. 62: 62: Schedule 1, page 25, line 15, at end insert— ““(c) a magistrate for the area in which the probation trust carries out its functions; and (d) a local councillor for the area in which the probation trust carries out its functions.”” The noble Baroness said: I beg to move. On Question, Whether the said amendment (No. 62) shall be agreed to? Their Lordships divided: Contents, 120; Not-Contents, 116.
