Proceeding contribution from Lord Lloyd of Berwick (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 12 June 2007. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Offender Management Bill.

Offender Management Bill

Clause 25 [Effect of polygraph condition]: [Amendment No. 113 had been withdrawn from the Marshalled List.]
