Offender Management Bill
moved Amendment No. 114: 114: Clause 25, page 19, line 18, at end insert— ““(8) The power to make rules under subsection (6) is exercisable by statutory instrument subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.”” The noble Baroness said: I beg to move our amendment to introduce a trial of mandatory polygraph testing on the basis that I have already outlined.
