Proceeding contribution from Baroness Howe of Idlicote (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 24 July 2007. It occurred during Debate on bill on Offender Management Bill.
Offender Management Bill
My Lords, I should make it clear that I was referring not to what my noble friend said but to the debates that had taken place in this House. I very much hope that the noble and leaned Baroness will satisfy us that we can await what we have to await.
