moved Amendments Nos. 34 and 35: 34: Clause 87, page 61, line 13, at end insert— ““but the aggregation of one or more unparished areas with a single parish is not the constitution of a new parish.”” 35: Clause 87, page 61, line 14, after ““(2)”” insert— ““““parished area”” means an area which— (a) is a parish, or (b) is part of a parish.”” On Question, amendments agreed to.
