Proceeding contribution from Angus Brendan MacNeil (Scottish National Party) in the House of Commons on Monday, 19 November 2007. It occurred during Debate on bill on European Communities (Finance) Bill.

European Communities (Finance) Bill

He has said X, Y and Z about the European Union and Ireland, but Iceland has come from exactly the same baseline and has done just as well, if not better in some sectors.
