Proceeding contribution from Lord Low of Dalston (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 6 December 2007. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Local Transport Bill [HL] Bill.
Local Transport Bill [HL] Bill
That is probably about as far as one can take that point this afternoon. With those observations and, again, an expression of appreciation to the Minister for the very full way in which he responded not only to my points but to points made by other noble Lords, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendment No. 16A not moved.]
