I thank the Minister for that reply. I somehow think that we have to write provisions into everything these days to make certain that they happen. I am grateful to the Government for saying that, even if they will not accept my wording now, they will take the matter back and perhaps put ““sustainability””, ““environmental impact”” or something in the legislation. I am pleased that the Government are going to look at the matter, and I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. Clause 67 agreed to.
