Proceeding contribution from Lord Rix (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 17 January 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Children and Young Persons Bill [HL].
Children and Young Persons Bill [HL]
Once every six months. I am not sure that that is sufficient. I would hope that eventually the guidance might say that it should be once every three months. I am grateful for the response that the noble Lord has given. I will consult with my many colleagues on whether to come back to this matter on Report, because they have all spoken in support of this amendment. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. Clause 21 agreed to. [Amendments Nos. 86, 87 and 88 not moved.] Clauses 23 to 25 agreed to.
