European Union (Amendment) Bill
I will give way in a moment when I reach the end of this section of my speech. An explicit treaty provision excludes ECJ jurisdiction over common foreign and security policy. The Foreign Affairs Committee agrees. The accusation that we will lose our seat on the UN Security Council is nonsense.
