Human Fertilisation and Embryology Bill [HL]
My Lords, I was not very happy with the expression ““quality of life””, for the reasons I have tried to explain. They have been rather reinforced by my noble and learned friend Lady Butler-Sloss. But once again, I attracted by the solution produced by the noble and learned Lord, Lord Mackay. Is there not a way in which we can pass this amendment now, and then somehow, by agreement, substitute ““health”” for ““quality of life”” at Third Reading?
