Proceeding contribution from Adam Price (Plaid Cymru) in the House of Commons on Friday, 25 January 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill on Planning and Energy Bill.
Planning and Energy Bill
I am grateful to the hon. Gentleman and I would like to record Plaid Cymru's full support for the Bill and the principles enshrined within it. I would like to ask him about what may seem a technical constitutional point, but we are talking about decentralising power. Does he agree that it would be worth looking further in Committee into conferring framework powers on the National Assembly, which could be a better means of achieving the Bill's objectives in Wales?
