Proceeding contribution from Lord De Mauley (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 28 January 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions Bill [HL].
Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions Bill [HL]
I thank the Minister for his answer. His summary of what the amendments do seems right to me. However, I am concerned about this matter and should like to give it further thought. In the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendments Nos. 85 to 87 not moved.]
