Treaty of Lisbon (No. 2)
I have no doubt that we can achieve a substantial increase in that regard, especially through the use of wind power. The UK is blessed with wind resources, and we also have some of the world's leading technology companies—something that I should have thought the hon. Gentleman would welcome.
