With this it will be convenient to discuss amendment No. 105, in clause 16, page 8, line 31, at end insert— ‘(7A) Regulations made under this section may make provision for the prevention and management of malnutrition and may include such provision as the Secretary of State considers appropriate for the purpose of safeguarding individuals (whether receiving health or social care or otherwise) from the risk, or any increased risk, of malnutrition.’.
