Proceeding contribution from Lord Geddes (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 21 February 2008. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on Wiltshire (Structural Change) Order 2008.
Wiltshire (Structural Change) Order 2008
Has the Minister any feel at all for when the results of the appeal will be available? I understand that the case has been looked into and it is just that the decision has been deferred. If that is correct and if it is a matter of, say, a week—I am guessing; I do not know the answer—it would seem to make sense to wait a week so that everyone knows where they are.
