Proceeding contribution from Lord Trefgarne (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Friday, 22 February 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill on House of Lords (Amendment) Bill [HL].
House of Lords (Amendment) Bill [HL]
My Lords, I strongly object to the noble Lord saying that an intervention of mine, which was wholly serious, was frivolous. It was nothing of the sort. If anything is frivolous, it is the noble Lord’s Bill.
