moved Amendments Nos. 14 and 15: 14: Clause 3, page 3, line 2, at end insert— ““( ) If the order makes provision different from that recommended by the Committee, the Secretary of State must also publish a statement setting out the reasons for that decision.”” 15: Clause 3, page 3, line 3, leave out ““The statement”” and insert ““A statement under this section”” On Question, amendments agreed to.
