Refuse Collection
I agree with the hon. Gentleman's view that small and medium-sized businesses should be given greater encouragement to recycle. Is he aware that the Government and DEFRA have cut the budget for WRAP, which has now withdrawn all the work it was doing with small and medium-sized enterprises?
