Refuse Collection
To put a counter point, does the hon. Lady accept that one reason why there is so much food wastage is because much food is pre-packaged, and therefore individuals have to buy quanta of food. If the food is perishable, there may be more than they can consume within the time available. That is another reason why returning to people being able to choose how much they buy might be more effective.
