Proceeding contribution from Baroness Stuart of Edgbaston (Labour) in the House of Commons on Monday, 3 March 2008. It occurred during Debate on Business of the House (Lisbon Treaty) (No. 8).

Business of the House (Lisbon Treaty) (No. 8)
