Proceeding contribution from Lord West of Spithead (Labour) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 5 March 2008. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Criminal Justice and Immigration Bill.

Criminal Justice and Immigration Bill

The noble Earl raises a good point, but we do not know exactly what the conditions will be. The condition might not be that people are locked up; it might be that they are not to go into a certain area. We will list those conditions.
