moved Amendment No. 165: 165: Clause 28, page 15, line 20, at end insert— ““( ) The Committee’s report must also set out the Committee’s views on the programme for adaptation to climate change published by the Secretary of State under section 49 and its implementation, and any further action required as part of the programme.”” On Question, amendment agreed to.
