moved Amendment No. 168: 168: Clause 28, page 15, line 22, at end insert— ““(3A) A report in the second year after the end of a budgetary period must be laid before Parliament and the devolved legislatures not later than 15th July in the year in which it is made.”” On Question, amendment agreed to.
