Proceeding contribution from Harry Cohen (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 27 March 2008. It occurred during Topical debate on Policing in London.

Policing in London

I am grateful to my right hon. Friend for giving way. Can he give an assessment of what Londoners are supposed to make of this statement by the hon. Member for Henley (Mr. Johnson)? He said:"““More powers to interfere over noisy radios, dangerous dogs or truant children””" are"““legislative coercion.””"
