Health and Social Care Bill
I may have misinterpreted the noble Baroness’s amendment. The Secretary of State will ensure that all members of the commission are appointed on a non-executive basis. Amendment No. 9 requires that, "““The Commission must also appoint a Children and Adult Rights Director, who is to be an employee””" and a member of the commission. That could be interpreted as a member of the executive board but I am more than happy to debate it.
