Proceeding contribution from Nigel Evans (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 14 May 2008. It occurred during Opposition day on Burma.
Burma
I too am a little confused about what it is in the motion tabled by my right hon. Friend the Member for Witney (Mr. Cameron) and supported by Conservative Members that the Government disagree with—other than the fact that our motion"““salutes the work of the Department for International Development's staff and British NGOs””," whereas the Government's amendment replaces that with praise for"““Ministers from the Department for International Development””."
